Joshua joined RCG in October 2024 as Chief Engineer. He oversees all facility operations including coordinating contractor services, preventative and daily maintenance, capital improvements, inspections and tenant relations.

Joshua worked for Browning and Colliers as Building Engineer and Supervisor. He has experience with commercial, residential and light industrial properties. Joshua assisted in the BAS and central plant replacement at Union Station and coordinated the replacement of the BAS and fire systems at the Capital Center.

Joshua has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has been involved in every aspect of service our industry offers. He has also served as trustee chairman for his church and worked with several other local organizations where his experience could be utilized.
