The RCG team utilizes a wide array of accounting software which allows us to easily comply with the varied needs of each property owner. We perform property accounting functions for large projects as well as locally owned, single property owners, which gives us the competency to comply with each client’s cash management, reporting and accounting requirements regardless of portfolio size. On a monthly or quarterly basis, we provide high quality, accurate reports that includes supplemental information as needed.

Receiverships

The RCG team has experience in receiverships and can provide the receiver, financial reporting, and property management.

1031 Exchange Solutions

We help identify replacement property options for clients seeking to defer taxes using a 1031 or 1033 Exchange. Through our partnership with St. George Investment Group and Legacy 1031, we also provide support for clients in search of institutional quality replacement properties that generate passive income.
