Vicki Bronson is a marketing and communications executive with over 25 years of experience driving brand visibility, growth, and stakeholder engagement for large, complex organizations. She brings a proven ability to align strategy, storytelling, and execution to deliver measurable business results.

Most recently, Vicki served as Managing Director of the Central Indiana Brokerage at Bradley Company, where she led the firm’s largest market and a team of 25+ sales professionals. She expanded the revenue-generating team by 22 percent in under two years, strengthened market presence through strategic initiatives and community partnerships, and founded the Women in Commercial Real Estate Networking Group to advance business development and community engagement.

Previously, Vicki spent more than two decades at Duke Realty, culminating as Senior Vice President of Marketing. There, she led national marketing and communications strategy, managed a multi-million-dollar budget, and served on executive leadership committees shaping enterprise strategy and culture.
