Raven Commercial Group (RCG) is excited to announce it is the new property manager of Union Station, one of Indianapolis’ most significant landmarks. Owned by the City of Indianapolis since 1971, the property spans 200,000 square feet and is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is also home to Bands of America, the Japan-America Society of Indiana, and Nevermore.

Originally opened in 1888, Union Station was revitalized in 1982 and transformed into a vibrant marketplace by 1984. Today, the station remains a bustling hub where Amtrak’s Cardinal line passes through three times a week, while the stunning Grand Hall continues to captivate visitors with its grandiose design and rich history.

“We are beyond thrilled to have been entrusted with the management of this landmark property by the City of Indianapolis,” said Kristy Carter, President of Raven Commercial Group. “Union Station holds a special place in the heart of the city, and we’re excited to be a part of its continued legacy. We’re also thrilled to welcome Josh Quade to the RCG family as our new Chief Engineer. With over 25 years of experience working at Union Station, Josh’s deep knowledge and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team.”

Founded in 2024, the RCG team has over 30 years of experience managing more than 20 million square feet of commercial properties ranging from multifamily and mixed-use, to industrial, office, medical office and retail properties. The company is also certified with the City of Indianapolis through the Office of Minority and Women Business Development (OMWBD) as a minority, women, veteran, or disabled-owned business enterprise (XBE).
