Josh joined RCG in October 2024. He is the Chief Engineer for RCG. He oversees all facility operations including coordinating contractor services, preventative and daily maintenance, capital improvements, inspections and tenant relations.

Joshua worked for Browning and Colliers as Building Engineer and Supervisor. He has experience with commercial, residential and light industrial properties. Joshua assisted in the BAS and central plant replacement at Union Station and coordinated the replacement of the BAS and fire systems at the Capital Center.

Joshua has worked in the industry for over 30 years and has been involved in every aspect of service our industry offers. He has also served as trustee chairman for his church and worked with several other local organizations where his experience could be utilized.

Klarissa is dedicated assistant who oversees tenant relations, property inspections, coordinating maintenance and onboarding, and research. She also assists the property manager in all facets of managing the properties under their portfolios.

 

Prior to joining Raven Commercial Group, Klarissa worked for KennMar as an assistant property manager, and several law offices such as Hoover Hull Turner LLP and Stewart & Stewart Attorneys as a litigation paralegal.

 

Klarissa is new to the property management industry, but she comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in law and research. She is currently studying to take the LSAT in Spring 2025.

Vee has worked in the commercial real estate industry for the past 25 years, building expertise in market research, financial analysis, investor relations, communications, and product development.
 

Before founding St. George Investment Group and partnering with Raven Commercial Group, she managed the marketing and distribution of investment products ranging from mutual funds and annuities to institutional investment services, private equity, and nontraded REITs.

 

She has also worked for several commercial real estate developers specializing in the seniors housing, multifamily, retail, and office sectors. ​In addition to her ownership of St. George Investment Group, Vee is a Partner with Legacy 1031 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Agnes Scott College.
